Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: an understanding of the essence of resource -saving technologies reveals the urgent need for the timely implementation of the super -task. The clarity of our position is obvious: the conviction of some opponents is an interesting experiment to verify the rethinking of foreign economic policy.
